SHIPPER'S INFORMATION FORM 
This form is used to record both customer and recipient information, destination and related info.

WEL/NIET LIJST 
A form required for customs purposes when shipping goods to the Netherlands.

DECLARATION FOR EXPORT
Declaration from Police for Export of (vehicles) 
Standard procedure that has to be carried out by the shipper from the local traffic department for the export of vehicles.

INVENTORY FORM / PACKING LIST
A packing list is required for customs purposes when exporting goods to other countries. This list will reflect what is contained in boxes being shipped abroad.
